So, there I was, the other day, trying to set myself up a new phone contract on the Vodaphone website – and could I? No! I was being sent round and round in circles. I gave up and grabbed my land-line. It transpired the site had been hacked by ‘Turkish Net Hijackers’.
Today, the Telegraphy reported that Iran had been accused of hacking into Dutch websites. The Dutch government is investigating whether Iran may have been involved in hacking Dutch state websites after digital certificates were stolen.
Towards the end of last month, an online community used by developers of Nokia phone apps was hacked. Nokia warned users that personal information may have been taken.
